What I Eat in a Day to Stay Lean, Build Muscle & Support My Hormones

Hi! I'm Roxy, the co-founder of eyeam and a Holistic Nutriton + Nervous System Practioner who reveresed her PCOS + acne naturally. Read my story here.

Under-eating and constant dieting is the fastest way to keep your hormones in havoc and your body under stress. I learnt that the hard way lol so I don’t follow a restrictive diet anymore!

I focus on meals containing protein, fibre, healthy fats and colourful whole foods that support my training, energy, digestion and hormones.

Here are the recipes I had on this day, I aim to get 120g protein + 25g fibre a day.
