What we collect

When you shop online, we collect your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order history. We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

When you visit the site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, time zone and the pages you look at. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

When you book a class, treatment or Recovery Room session, we collect your name, contact details, booking history, attendance and payment record through our booking system.

When you book a treatment or use the Recovery Room, we also collect health information. That may include your health declaration, medical history, conditions, injuries, medication, pregnancy and anything you tell a practitioner during a session. This is special category data and we treat it differently. See below.

If you sign a waiver or consent form, we keep it as a record.

Where our club uses CCTV, we record footage in the areas covered for safety and security.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

To take and manage your bookings and orders, and to take payment. That is performance of a contract with you.

To keep you safe during treatments and classes. For health information the basis is your explicit consent, which you give when you complete your health declaration or accept our Member and Guest Agreement. You can withdraw it, but we may not be able to offer you certain treatments if you do.

To meet our legal and insurance obligations, including keeping treatment records. That is a legal obligation and our legitimate interests.

To send you marketing, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email or by writing to us.

To improve the site and understand how it is used. That is our legitimate interests.

Health information

We only use health information to deliver your treatment safely and to keep the records our insurer requires. It is seen only by the team members involved in your care and the staff who need it to run your booking. We never use health information for marketing, and we never share it with advertising platforms.

Who we share it with

Our online shop runs on Shopify, which processes your order information. Our bookings, memberships and health records run on Momence. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Our email and marketing tools receive your details only where you have opted in. We may share information with professional advisers, insurers and regulators where we are required to.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can opt out through Facebook at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads, Google at google.com/settings/ads, Bing at advertise.bingads.microsoft.com or the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. You can also use your own browser and device settings, and our cookie banner lets you refuse non-essential cookies.

Where your information is held

We are based in the UK. Some of our suppliers store or process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK approved safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum.

How long we keep it

Order and booking records: seven years, for tax and accounting.

Health declarations, consent forms and treatment notes: for the length of your membership and then seven years, in line with our insurer's requirements.

Marketing consents: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not contact you again.

CCTV footage: 30 days.

Website analytics: up to 26 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable format or withdraw your consent at any time. Some of these rights are limited where we have to keep records by law.
