Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM GMT.
This excludes weekend days and UK Bank Holidays.

UK Mainland (including Scottish Highlands)
- We charge £3.95 tracked deliveries.
- Delivery time is between 2-5 days.
- We offer FREE Delivery on all orders over £50.
UK Islands (including Scottish Islands, Guernsey and Jersey)
Delivery Charges are dependant on weight and range from £11.75 - £31.95
- £11.75 for all orders between 0 - 500g
- £21.75 for all orders between 501g - 999g
- £31.95 for all orders between 1kg - 1.5kg
Northern Ireland
Delivery Charges are dependant on weight and range from £5.95 - £14.50
- £6.25 for all orders between 0 - 500g
- £9.90 for all orders between 501g - 999g
- £17.50 for all orders between 1kg - 2kg
Europe Zone 1 including: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain.

USA
Delivery Charges are dependant on weight and range from £6.65 - £10.00

CANADA
Delivery Charges are dependant on weight and range from £9.50 - £30
- £9.50 for all orders between 0 - 500g
- £16.50 for all orders between 501g - 999g
- £30 for all orders between 1kg - 2kg

REST of the WORLD including: Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, UAE.
Delivery Charges are dependant on weight and range from £11.75 - £42.25

- £42.25 for all orders between 1kg - 2kg
Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the package reaches your destination country, are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
RETURNS: At eyeam we offer a 14 day return policy from the day of arrival of the parcel of unopened product. The item must be returned to us unworn/unopened, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging in order for us to process the return. Please contact us to help process the return before 14 days of the purchase. Please be aware that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. If the product is faulty, we will replace is immediately. There is no on refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
REFUNDS: We offer refunds if the product is returned within our 14 day return policy, only on unopened products. We also offer refunds on faulty products but not on products that are damaged by the customer. We would require proof to validate any claims before actioning a refund. Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the ingredients before purchase to make sure it is suitable for them.
Before issuing the refund, the product must be sent back and with us. We do not cover return shipping labels and is the responsibility of the customer to organise.
Please note, that any items purchased as part of a collection must be returned as a full collection. We don't accept individual items.
eyeam is not responsible for any returns lost within the postal service. We strongly recommend that you send returns back to us on a fully tracked service.
Please note, that we do not offer refunds for products due to personal dislike. If you believe that an item in your order is faulty or damaged, please send any photos of the damage / fault to our support team.
All returns are monitored to avoid misuse or abuse of our return policy. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns and those flagged may be subject to us reviewing and revoking our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
