Shipping and Returns

In the UK we charge £3.95 tracked deliveries.

For next day, it's next day delivery for orders ordered before 12pm. After that orders will be received the following day. 

Please take into consideration that occasionally there are delays due to the third party services we use. 

All orders shipped outside UK will be charged a fee of £14.99-17.00 not including duties. This can take up to 2-15 days. 

Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the package reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. For further questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office. 

eyeam is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.

RETURNS

At eyeam we offer a 14 day return policy from the day of arrival of the parcel of unopened product. The item must be returned to us unworn/unopened, in perfect condition and in it's original packaging in order for us to process the return.
