SPOTTED AT THE VOGUE WELLNESS 2026 RETREAT
- by Teresa Pessina

This week, eyeam was proud to be part of the second annual British Vogue Wellness Retreat, held at Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire. The multi-day experience brought together leading experts, practitioners and brands shaping the future of beauty, wellbeing and longevity.
For us, it was a full-circle moment.
Because the conversations happening on stage are the same conversations we've been having since day one.
That your skin isn't separate from your gut.
That your hormones aren't separate from your stress.
That beauty isn't separate from well-being.
And that true transformation happens when you treat the root cause, not just the symptom.

For years, wellness and beauty have been treated as separate categories.
One focused on how you feel, and the other focused on how you look.
But science is proving what we've believed all along.
Everything is connected.
Your nervous system impacts your digestion.
Your digestion impacts inflammation.
Inflammation impacts your skin.
Your sleep impacts all of it.
Which is exactly why conversations around the gut-brain-skin axis, stress, burnout, sleep and longevity took centre stage throughout the retreat.

As part of the wellness programme, eyeam co-founder Margo Marrone joined a panel discussion led by Vogue Contributor Kathleen Baird Murray alongside Sona founder Jane Ollis, nutritionist Emily English, and Dr Rhea Kotecha, meanwhile explored issues such as how sleep affects our overall health, what a nourishing plate looks like, and how to combat burnout.
The discussion reflected a philosophy that has always been at the heart of eyeam:
You cannot separate what is happening internally from what shows up externally; your skin is often the messenger, not the problem.
Which is why every eyeam product is designed to work as part of a bigger ecosystem of healing through skincare, supplements, education, food and thoughts.
For years, the beauty industry has focused on covering, correcting and concealing.
But consumers are asking different questions now.
The future of beauty isn't simply about looking better.
It's about creating an environment where the body can function better.
When the nervous system is regulated.
When sleep improves.
When inflammation is reduced.
When lymphatic flow is supported.
The visible results follow.

Our mother-daughter duo co-founders got to host a workshop how to reset the 3 crucial systems to help you feel and look your best .
Puffiness, bloating, brain fog and inflammation aren't random. There are often signs that your gut, lymphatic, fascia, glymphatic and nervous systems need support. The key isn't doing more, it's supporting the body internally and externally so it can move from survival mode into repair mode. That’s why we wrote our 5 DAY GUT + LYMPHATIC RESET to support all your systems and finally feel lighter both physically, mentally, and spiritually.

The biggest takeaway?
The wellness industry is moving away from quick fixes and towards systems.
Systems that support:
✓ Sleep
✓ Nervous system regulation
✓ Gut health
✓ Lymphatic flow
✓ Recovery
✓ Longevity
And that's exactly what we've spent years creating at eyeam.
Not products that work in isolation.
Protocols that work together.

Kathleen asked Margo why our reset is different to most on the market and that’s because we include a deep dive into lymphatic, glymphatic and nervous system health with a step-by-step framework designed to support digestion, lymphatic flow, fluid retention and inflammation.
Margo also touched on how important supporting your glymphatic system (the brain’s detox pathway) is not only for sleep but also for overthinking at night. Her advice was to write out all your thoughts on paper (NOT phone) before bed if you feel like you’re overstimulated or overwhelmed, alongside applying our Magnesium Butter on feet while repeating “I am protected”, supporting deep sleep, nervous system regulation and overnight recovery.
Starring a key ingredient, Timut Pepper, that has been clinically proven to support the gut-brain-skin axis, helping blood sugar, hormones, inflammation, and skin health work in sync.
The conversations happening at Vogue Wellness confirmed what we've believed all along.
The future of beauty is neurocosmetics.
The future of beauty is longevity.
The future of beauty is treating the root cause.
The future of beauty is giving yourself GRACE.
And we're only just getting started.
