  • 5 tablespoons cassava flour
  • Pinch of baking sod
  • Seasonings: dried herbs of choice (I like zaatar), salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions
  • Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F)
  • In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, cassava flour, and baking soda until you achieve a dough-like consistency
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Roll the dough into small, evenly-sized balls
  • Place the balls on the tray, leaving space between each one
