This routine is the way that I really help with all my bloating and hormonal health and how I lower inflammation as I go.

The lymphatic system is crucial for:

  • digestion
  • detoxification
  • hormone imbalance
  • inflammation

Because if we are not detoxing properly, then you have no chance of getting rid of your inflammation.

So this 6 step routine was invented by an amazing doctor called Dr. Perry Nicholson. And it really takes literally three minutes, but it really helps open up your lymphatic system.

Because it can only move through either movement or movement. water or massage.

So we are doing a little bit of all of it and it's really important after this to drink lots of water before and after so you can get all those toxins moving.

The 6 step method to lymphatic drainage:

With each step make sure you make 3 moves on each lymph for 30-45 seconds.

Step 1: Just above your collar bone

  • Step 2: Under each ear on your neck
  • Step 3: Your Armpits
  • Step 4: Your abdominals
  • Step 5: Under your hip bone
  • Step 6: Behind your knees

Finally, jump and down whilst shaking your hands to get everything moving - do this for 30-45 seconds.
