Loving the magnesium spray so far!!!! 😆 the spray helped clear up my acne on my arms! For starters the area I’m spraying is looking SO much healthier and glowy !!! Such better recovery - I’m an aerial hoop girlie, and the aches afterwards have been nothing like they normally are either - it’s obviously the only thing I’ve changed lately, so it has been such a saviour for that! Muscle recovery is the biggest benefit I’ve seen without a doubt!!!!! I liked that it wasn’t very strong as I find my skin reacts when things are too strong/ scented sometimes! 100% recommend!! The glow it gives your skin after directly applying is enough to make me want more! But the biggest benefit I’ve seen is for muscle recovery after working out - it’s amazing!
