THE EYEAM APPROACH TO LYMPHATIC + FASCIA TREATMENTS
- by Teresa Pessina

You can have an incredible skincare routine.
You can eat well.
You can train consistently.
And still have days where your body simply feels stuck.
Puffy. Tight. Heavy. Tense. Like you need to release something, but you're not quite sure what.
This is one of the reasons we became so interested in looking beyond traditional beauty treatments and thinking about the body more holistically.

At eyeam, we've always believed that how you look and how you feel aren't completely separate conversations.
That's why the eyeam Spa was built around lymphatic sculpting, fascia release, recovery and technology.
Rather than treating every concern in isolation, we wanted to create experiences that could work alongside one another.
Sometimes that means hands-on bodywork.
Sometimes it's heat, light or technology.
Sometimes it's simply creating an opportunity for your body to slow down and recover.
You can book one treatment.
Or build a protocol around what your body needs that day.

Your lymphatic system is part of the body's natural fluid-balance and immune systems, while fascia is the connective tissue network that surrounds and supports muscles, organs and other structures throughout the body.
They're different systems, but both have become an important part of how we think about movement, recovery and bodywork at eyeam.
That's why you'll see them woven throughout the Spa rather than treated as an afterthought.
Our treatment menu includes Sculpt & Release Lymphatic Facial, Sculpt & Release Lymphatic Body, Sculpt & Release Face + Body, Wet Lymphatic Sculpt Detox and Dry Fascia Stretch Release.
Alongside hands-on treatments, we've brought in technology including the Human Regenerator, Red Light Frequency Reset, Dry Float, Infrared Lymphatic Roller + Cymatics and EMS NeoSculpt Face + Body.

This was important to us when designing the Spa.
We didn't want to pretend there was one miracle machine or treatment that everybody needed.
Because everyone walks through the door feeling different.
One day you might feel puffy and want to focus on lymphatic movement.
Another day you might have trained hard and want to prioritise recovery.
Or you might simply feel exhausted and need an hour where the goal isn't to do more, but to restore.
That's why we've also created curated protocols around some of the reasons people come to us:
Burnout.
Sleep.
De-Bloat.
Detox.
Recovery.
Each combines different elements of the eyeam world experience, from red light and dry float to lymphatic treatments, the Infrared Roller and recovery technology.
And if you don't know where to start, that's completely fine.

Wellness can become confusing very quickly.
You're told you need red light. Then infrared. Then lymphatic drainage. Then fascia work. Then the newest machine you've seen online.
Suddenly you're trying to work out which technology you're supposed to book rather than thinking about why you're booking it in the first place.
At eyeam world, we'd rather start with a much simpler question:
How do you want to feel?
Less puffy?
More rested?
Recovered after training?
Ready to switch off?
Then we can build from there.
Because the goal isn't to collect as many bio-hacks as possible.
It's to find the right tools for you, at the right time.
That's the philosophy behind the eyeam Spa.
One treatment when that's what you need.
A combination when it makes sense.
And a more connected approach to the way you move, recover and care for your body.
